  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Guitar Morgue uses The United States Postal Service (USPS) Exclusively. Please notify us if you would like to use another shipping service (UPS, FedEx, Etc.). Additional Handling fees apply.

    Shipping time: Most orders will be shipped out from our warehouse location within 48 hours (weekends and holidays excluded) of receiving a "Cleared Payment". Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to several factors, but not limited to: Inclimate Weather, Extended Holidays, Death, Backorders, Shipping Courier Delays or other acts of God.

  • Guitar Morgue does ship *Internationally. (Guitar Morgue does not ship to Indonesia, Malaysia or Singapore. We apologize for the inconvenience.)

    About International Shipments: Guitar Morgue ships items internationally every single business day. We take pride in our success in shipping gear all over the world. On occasion, your item may be held by your country's customs office. Please be aware that we are not responsible for this delay in shipping, and should not reflect negatively on Guitar Morgue's shipping practices.

    Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.

  • The majority of the items sold by Guitar Morgue are new with full manufacture's warranty. Shoud you have a warranty issue, please contact the manufacture for assistance. If you have a non-warranty issue with gear you have purchased from Guitar Morgue, please email us: info@guitarmorgue.com. All previosly owned gear sold by Guitar Morgue is "as-is" and carries no warranty unless otherwise specified.

    Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so that we may start the process to file a claim, pick up the damaged article and send a replacement. If a replacement is not available, store credit or a full refund will be given at our discretion.
